My background in Early Childhood Education and Montessori teaching means I’ve spent years understanding how babies learn, develop, and communicate long before they have words. That foundation shapes the way I approach infant sleep today.

This course is tailored for parents with infants between 4-18 months and who are still sleeping in a crib. If your baby is under 4 months, the Newborn Course is a better fit.
+I’m feeling overwhelmed and exhausted. Will I have the energy to follow through with this course?
Absolutely. This course is created with tired, busy parents in mind. It offers small, manageable steps that don’t demand hours of energy or focus, allowing you to make simple, realistic changes.
+ Is there crying involved?
Some crying is completely normal. It’s often your baby’s way of expressing confusion when something new is introduced. Sleep Steps uses a responsive approach, so you’ll always know how to support your baby while they adjust.
You’ll learn how to respond in a way that keeps your baby comforted and connected to you, while still giving them the space to build an important new skill. And because the plan is fully customizable, you can choose the approach that aligns with your baby’s temperament and what feels right for your family.
